I started at 186.2 and my goal was 154. I am 5'7" tall and that was my Weight Watchers goal weight about 5 years ago. I met it then but couldn't maintain. Hopefully this time around will be different!! It took me 16 weeks to lose my 32.2 pounds!

I am in maintenance now. I still watch what I eat. I will not gain it back....

I'm 5' 4.5" tall and I was 230.4 and now 140! 90.4lbs loss and will not regain it!
