I joined LAWL on Friday. Have been on the plan Saturday and today.

Been reading many of your posts and am confused about the gold plan, red plan, purple, etc. I was not told any that. They just told me to follow this fast for two days and come back on Monday (tomorrow.)

Please explain the different plans. Is my center not up to speed?

When I joined, they did not give me any information on the regular plan until I had completed the two day juice part (Express or TakeOff or whatever they are calling it now). What your center is doing is normal, when you go in on Monday they will give you all the info for your plan.

Thanks for the reply. I am not on a restricted diet or a medical problem so there would not be any need to check with a nutritionist.

But now that I am seeing all these different plans I will certainly ask a lot of questions tomorrow. When I was there on Friday they said you don't need to think about your plan now we will get into that next week.

We'll see. If they are that closed about answering my questions I may have to look into a different center. Unfortunately, this one is the closest.

It is typical for them to explain the program on your SECOND visit. On your first, you give them all your info and they give you the takeoff program. Then someone sits down w/ your file - weight, lbs to lose, etc.... and decides what color program you are on.

When you come back, that program will be explained to you.

Thanks everyone. It just seemed strange that when I did ask they just said we'll tell you next week. I felt she could have been a bit more professional about it.
