Hi,
I'm new here...kind of
I was registered a long time ago....after I lost about 80 lbs. on Jenny Craig. Well...I'm back again (i love all of these smilies and stuff...none of this stuff was here way back when)
Anyway, I've made an appointment at an LA Weight Loss Center for tonight and was wondering if anyone has any experience with them? I'm hoping the 1 on 1 counseling will help. I'm not sure how much I wanna lose, I just wanna. I'm gonna run out of clothes pretty soon if I'm not careful. I know I'm probably close to 240 pounds....again. I quit smoking about 14 months ago, so I'm really proud of that . It's just that food tastes soooo gooooood now!
Anyway, any info would be appreciated....oh, a couple of more things about myself (in case anyone is looking for a buddy):
I'm a single mom of 1 13 year old boy and I'm 33 (going to be 34 in 1 month) years old. I work full time and live in Puyallup Washington.

There is a thread for LAWL here. There are a few of us on LAWL. But any way you eat your own food and visit the center 3 times a week if you can, somtimes I do and sometime I don't. Its like JEnny Craig where you pay for your whole program not by week. There is La lites that are part of the program. They are optional but I get them they are $ 28.00 a week or you can by them in bulk which ends up being a little cheaper. The plan its self depending on which one you get will consist of protein, fruits, veggies, dairy, fat, starches and two lites a day.
