Good Morning Ladies, sorry that I didn't get this up on Friday, but here we go with the February Challenge.
The Rules:
This is an open thread for anyone that would like to join. We calculate the number of minutes that we will exercise for the month and post them here. Each day (or when convenient) we deduct the number of minutes that we have exercised, leaving a new balance to be completed before the end of the month. This is a great tool to keep you motivated, if you really have a difficult time with exercise we invite you to join our group. You can chat about anything that you would like, ask questions or simply post your progress. This is your personal challenge and don't compare your minutes with others, if you haven't exercised in awhile, start with a lower number and work up.
