Take Off info please

    you can have unlimited greens and lean protein depending on the plan you are on ex: color vs number plans. colored plans is unlimited and number plans are controled. numbered is no more than 6ozs of preotein each day during TO
  • I just finished the 2 day "LA Express featuring "TakeOff." From my 2006 LAWL photocopy, daily menu:

    Unlimited proteins (meat, poultry, fish)
    Unlimited raw green and vegetables
    2 eggs or 1/2 cup Egg Beaters
    4 glasses of TakeOff Drink (I used Knudsen's Morning Blend)
    8 eight-oz glasses of water
    1/4-1/2 teaspoon Morton Lite Salt
  • Did the Knudsen juice work as well as the take off??
  • Yes!!!!! I mix it with Benefiber and it's essentially the same thing.
