Are you still active on this forum? I’m inquiring about the LA Weightloss plans pdf that you are so lovely and willingly to share. I’ve called the 1-800 number daily for 3 weeks and no one will return my calls. I’m supposed to have my plan and community access in my profile but of course it’s not there! I have no idea what a serving size is besides the veggies that you posted. I’m on gold plan with 2 la lites daily but I have no idea how much of the other groups I’m allowed?
