Default Protein Help

Ok, so I need to include more proteins in my diet.

I am fine with my main meals - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner - but I am kinda clueless as to what proteins I can eat as snacks.

What do you eat and how much of it??

What do you eat as snacks now?

I sometimes eat roasted chickpeas as a snack or almond butter (or just almonds) with a piece of fruit or some celery. I'll also sometimesmake a quinoa/black bean salad which is full of protein and eat that as an afternoon snack.

As snacks now I usually eat a price of fruit, veggies or yoghurt - but I need to include more protein at my snack times

I think anything can be a snack, even if it's a piece of meat- which I have done.

Hard boiled eggs are a good snack, I keep a few in my fridge at work. I'll also do peanut butter with an apple, or some tuna as well.

If you like shakes you can make them and add protein powder as well

I eat south beach protein bars, edemame, and string cheese (sometimes wrapped in meat) for snacks

Water packed tuna can be a good snack with half a dozen crackers. It's a really good go-to protein food.
