has anyone tried DR.OZ's stay young plan ?
I haven't but I maybe should check it out since I love Dr. Oz. I can't wait for his show to start.....sometime this month.
I'm thinking I should get his stay young book too. I don't know what it's about exactly besides the given eat healthy, exercise, think positive thoughts.
His show starts Monday, September 14th..can't wait!!
