I just love the Pilates workouts. Winsor and the Total Body series are my favorites. I haven't tried Denise Alston's but I've heard good things about it. It's not too strenuous, but effective. That kind of workout that you don't feel until the next morning

Well, today is my first day on the two-day express. I am simply tired of eggs, so I am trying it with low-fat fish instead of the egg whites. I think it should do the trick. I generally force feed my eggs in the mornings when I eat them, but I simply can't do it three times in a day. I can barely swallow without feeling like I have to hurl. Sorry for the visual
Well, I have weigh in today, and I'm soooo nervous. I have lost 1.5 pounds since this morning, but that doesn't tell me much. My weight fluctuates 2-4 pounds during the day anyway. Wish me luck!
