I know! I started this month too...I' started my week 4 today. I am on Rapid results(purple)...lost 4.2lb 1st week, 3lb 2nd week, just 0.8lb last week.Actually last week i lost 1 lb but on my last weigh in I gained 0.2lb. I noticed that if I eat veggie protein( burger, soy milk, legumes, beans etc) I do not lose much....that is what I did last week. Whereas, first two weeks I was on animal protein- fish, chicken,egg subs etc. Actually one of my counselor expressed doubt whether beans etc are on my plan...i showed her it is, but that gave me the idea. Animal protein has virtually no carb while veggie protein has less protein and more carb.Starting today...i am taking veggie protein out of my diet completely. You might wanna check on your food choices.
