    I am on Rapid results Plan-3 without LA lites.
    Protein : 3
    Starch : 2
    Dairy : 2
    Fruit : 2
    Veggies : 3
    Fat : 1

    This is the alternate plan for Plan-2 with LA Lites. In this plan I am following, I just eat LA-lites( 4 total) for the 2 days off Take-Off in addition to the usual Take-off food + juice.

    I am not sure about the weight restriction.

    Ok, so what is Rapid results? Your plan 3 is alot like plan 2 just less 1/2 protein and add a starch and a fat. Wouldn't you need to eat more food if you are not taking the lites?
  • I am new too. I just started on the forum last week. I've been on the diet for the Phase one and I'm on my third week of the Purple plan. During Phase one I lost 5 pounds and the first week another 4. Since then I have hovered around the same weight going up a pound or two. I'm still 45 pounds from my goal but I'm thinking I should move down to Gold. I keep track of what I eat and weigh everything, following the plan, drink the water, etc....I'm getting pretty frustrated. My husband is doing this with me. He's on the Red plan and he has lost about 3-4 lbs a week, so it's working for him. VERY frustrating!

    They introduced something called Rapid results recently. I started my program this month. I am doing the purple menu-plan 3 now. They first put me on purple menu-plan 2...which had 2 la-lites - minus 1 dairy,1 veggie. So when I asked for a plan free of La-lites...they put me on plan-3 with 1 veggie+1 dairy extra as a substitute to 2 la-lites.

    I know! I started this month too...I' started my week 4 today. I am on Rapid results(purple)...lost 4.2lb 1st week, 3lb 2nd week, just 0.8lb last week.Actually last week i lost 1 lb but on my last weigh in I gained 0.2lb. I noticed that if I eat veggie protein( burger, soy milk, legumes, beans etc) I do not lose much....that is what I did last week. Whereas, first two weeks I was on animal protein- fish, chicken,egg subs etc. Actually one of my counselor expressed doubt whether beans etc are on my plan...i showed her it is, but that gave me the idea. Animal protein has virtually no carb while veggie protein has less protein and more carb.Starting today...i am taking veggie protein out of my diet completely. You might wanna check on your food choices.

    Interesting...I have been using a lot of Veggie proteins. I decided to go ahead and drop to Gold since it's been two weeks since I've really lost anything.

    I went for a weigh in and found out that I lost 1lb in just 2 days...after completely cutting out veggie protein. I do eat soy protein like soy burger( 16 gm protein each), or soy yougurt....soy milk etc and dairy protein like cottage cheese, ricotta lite etc. But decided to stay away from garden burger( veggie), beans, legumes etc. I was also told at the center that many people complained about nuts causing weight gain. So I have decided to stay away from nuts as well.If I were you, I would give that plan another shot minus the veggie proteins.
