My wife and I have been doing the Fat Smash diet since 05/23. In addition to the diet we have incorporated the "Power 90" workout routine as part of our new lifestyle and we feel like we have a new lease on life. the energy levels have increased exponentially and our strength and stamina have also increased as well... Not to mention the weight loss.

As of our last weigh in date, 06/10, I was down 15 lbs and my wife has dropped 8 lbs. This may not sound like alot but she is a person for whom diets just do not work

Yay for you! I went on Fat Smash because I was not losing weight counting calories; I was merely maintaining. I needed some sort of structure, and FS has provided that structure.

I think eight pounds is great for your wife. Keep us posted as to your progress! It's good to see new posters on this FS forum.
