I am using Think & Lose self hypnosis and it is working great. No more loss of control, no more binges, no more junk food or candy. Eating healthier and even exercising. I am finally in control and believe I have finally found the right ONE for me. Good luck in finding yours.

I am a calorie counter.But I haven't been giving it all I've got.I plan to start getting serious about it and do my best. Maybe I'll:tape:!

My approach is whole foods as well. But im really picky about what I eat. I am vegetarian but I do take in dairy for nutrient purposes. So I eat lots of fruits, veggies, nuts, whole grains, and dairy. I love what I eat, Im always satisified, and Im loosing weight :carrot: I believe all the processed stuff is what kills our metabolism. White flour is just bad for the body. Whole wheat is so much more healthier. Even if you could make that one change would make a big difference. ;)
