I'd lost 25 lbs in 2.5 months then hit a plateau. I increased my resistance and reps and I lost an additional 8 lbs in two weeks. I was also working out 4 days a week, but you do not have to do that. On another note, I've tried the EFS and lost 6 lbs in 1 week. it was tough, but my energy increased, soreness increased, and I forced myself to make time for exercising, pre-panned meals per day/week and it paid off. I also lost inches which is great. it takes motivation and sadly I fell off the bandwagon and now back to transform my lifestyle. |
