I started the Biggest Loser 30 day quick start last week and lost 5 lbs the first week!
I like that the meals are all planned out each day (although it does take time and prep work) AND the exercise program is incorporated each day. It started out very slow and is slowly building up minutes.
I am committing myself to the 30-day plan and then I will start planning my own meals. I have tried some new food this week and I think that helped it from feeling like any diet.
I do not know anyone else doing this plan and I am open to a diet buddy!
