Avacado Roll (6 pcs) 2 starch, 1 fat
California Roll 1 veggie, 2 starch, 1 fat
shrimp rolls 1/2 protein, 1 veggie, 2 starch
sashimi (6 pcs.) 1 protein
Tuna Roll, Seafood, vegetables 1/2 protein, 1 veggie, 2 starches
Salmon Roll 1/2 protein, 1 veggie, 2 starches, 1 fat
Each "roll" is generally 6 pieces. You always want to avoid the mayo or the "sauce" that the put on it. Drink extra water if you're using the soy/terr sauce!
