Drink Mix-Ins

  • I love the drink mix-ins. I add them to my water all day long. My fav is the Crystal Light - Rasberry Green Tea. 5 Cal;No Sodium, 10mg caff per serving.

    I probally use 4-5 a day. Is that too many? Are they bad for you if you use too many. They definitely make the water go down faster!
  • I love the Crystal Light as well. I found the "hunger satisfaction" recently, and decided to try that. It's strawberry/banana flavor, and really quite tasty.

    I use one a day, and it seems to help me feel full when I need it.

    I also have others, just to shake up the flavors. Plain water is, well, sometimes just too plain.
  • I'm hooked on the Hawaiian Punch mix-ins. I can get them for $1 at Wally World. I dilute them but would not be able to drink 64 oz of water without them.
  • I would worry about that amount of artificial sweeteners you are taking in, but that's just me.
  • I like the Ocean Spray ruby red grapefruit packets.
