Slim-Fast anyone?

  • Hi everyone!

    I started working out 4-5 days a week in December for at least an hour each time. I've only lost 5lbs since December. I really haven't dieted at all until this week. Now I'm dieting AND working-out...So I hope to see some numbers go down.


    But anyway, I decided to do Slim-Fast because I'm a working mom of two small kids and I needed something simple and ready to go.

    So far (I'm on day 4) I feel pretty good. I'm following the Slim-Fast plan, shake for breakfast, shake for lunch, healthy dinner and snacks. I'm very excited to weigh-in on Sunday and see how it goes.

    Has anyone here had any luck with Slim-Fast or any advice to share?? I would love to hear any input.

  • I used slimfast along with calorie counting and still use slimfast to maintain. I usually have slimfast in the morning, sometimes I blend it with a banana or a few fresh strawberries.
  • Did you use it for your entire weight loss?? How long were you on it??
  • I use protien shakes for breakfast each day. Not slim fast but Andrew Lessmans Secure which you mix with milk. The powder has only 70cal and tastes great. It keeps me full till lunch.
