On average...

How many pounds do you guys lose in a month? I think it depends on how much you have to lose but I'd be interested in hearing how everyone averages.

When I first stated probably about 5-6 lbs a month. I usually averaged about 1 to 1 1/2 a week.

I lost 68 pounds in 7 months so that averaged about 10 pounds a month.

I think it depends on how much you have to lose. It definitely slowed down as I got closer to goal.

at first it was around 10 a month, now it is 2-4 if I am strict on plan as I am getting closer to goal.

I lost 10lbs each month for about 2-3 months and then it gradually started decreasing to 8, 6, 4, 2, and now nothing...
