XPress Accelerated weight loss plan
Hi guys, I was wondering if someone can help me out with this. When I got the coloured plans i also got this xpress accelerated weight loss plan. It says during your 3rd week you can use monday and tuesday as express days. You replace 1 veggie, 2 fruits, 2 starches and 1 fat with an express protein (there is a list of choices). That gives you 6 express proteins, plus whatever exchanges you have left, plus you eat an extra Lite bar on those days. I'm just wondering if this plan can work with the new numbered plans?
Anyone ever use this accelerated plan?
