The radio said today that if anyone had paid for LA before they closed then they were entitled to recieve a refund for the money they spent. All you need to do is contact your NY atty general --Andrew Cuomo-- office and ask for the LA weight loss form. Of course this is for NY residents but may apply in other states. Hope this helps someone.
