Hi all,
I am hoping someone can help me. I plan on starting this diet on Jan 2nd with the 4 day anti blaot..I have the book. My question is this...when it says snack, can you eat that at any time..i think you can....but does that count in the every 4 hr deal...like you eat lunch, then you get hungry before dinner...say it's only been 2 hrs since lunch...can you eat your snack and if so, do you have to wait 4 hrs to eat you dinner??? I so need to lose my belly fat that I have been contemplating diet pills advertised on TV..I lost 50 lbs on WW and have tons of belly fat...course with the holiday, I have put some wt back on...but want to commit to this fully come Jan 2...

I just got the book also but I think you can eat it within two hours as the 4 hours is the max you can go without eatting. Not that you have to wait every 4 hours until you can eat again. I hope this helps and I could be totally wrong as Im new to the diet but I think I have it right.
