Default 2Litre question

When it comes to the 2L of water a day thing, I don't think I've ever actually done it! It's near impossible for me Hah. But not so much on days that I exercise, butI was wondering is that 2Litres inclusive of the fluids you should take in after/during exercise???

2L is an estimate. If you exercise a lot and sweat a lot or work outside in the heat, you should probably drink more.

It also includes water that you get from food sources and other liquids. It doesn't have to be *just* plain water.
