Default How to figure out if item is condiment or something else

I am trying to figure out if I can use this product and if I do, how I would count it. A Taste of Thai makes a product called spicy peanut bake. You just coat the chicken and bake. I think it is delicious and obviously super easy. The nutritional Facts are 1 serving is 45 cals, 10 fat cals. Total fat 1.5 g, Sodium 190 mg, Total Carb 7gm, Protein, 1 g.

Can I count this as a condiment and if so, how many?

Thanks for your help!

Betsy

Betsy, I would maybe count it as two condiments. It doesn't seem like quite a starch or a fat to me.
