WOW!! Is it September already?? Where did the summer go?? I suppose everyone is busy with back-to-school plans?? I have no kids, so no plans here

How is everyone doing?? I am still maintaining... cannot say that I tried too hard this past weekend... I indulged a little for my bday... Went it IHOP for the first time ever... those stuffed french toasts are sooo yummy but don't worry, I have not acquired a permanent taste for it.

Why is slim-fast getting so expensive??? Wal-mart use to be the cheapest around - now $7.00. I tried their brand this week ($2.50 cheaper) and while it ok, it was not as thick as my choc. royale and did not hold me over for more than one-hour... that is not good when I am attempting to make it to lunch each day. I think I will put the extra $2.50 out.

Where is everyone??

Ever have one of those days where you messed up and at the end of the day you say to yourself, "oh heck, I messed up already - what are two more snacks going to do." Well, I had one of those days yesterday but we won't get into specifics - I might get sick -

I made a decision to start buying Slim-fast to keep in the work fridge. I am going to drink my shake for breakfast when I get to work instead of on the way to work... this will make it closer to lunchtime so hopefully it will curb my appetite more.

Hey Everyone - been super busy with the start of school...but I'm lucky enough to have no kids of my own....I could not imagine having that to deal with too!!!

I tried the Target brand of slim fast the other day...definitely not impressed...okay taste, but at the bottom (and yes, I shook very well!) was a chunky funky mess!

I buy my SF from BJ's or Sam's club at a pretty good price....

I have been on and off Slimfast for about 10 years now. I started back full force December 26, 2007. From that date until April 15th, I had a shake for breakfast and a meal-on-the-go bar for lunch...a couple of snacks and a sensible dinner. I tried to eat between 1200 and 1400 calories. Since April 15th, I have only been having a shake for breakfast... been having some off days but I have been able to maintain my 26 pound weight loss. I am getting back on track today!!!
