So I did great on LA Weight loss/Pure Weight Loss and loved the LA at Home Program. Now that's they have closed down and shut off their website & also the LA At Home program - I miss it. Does anyone have an alternative program they would recommend?
oh, also.....you can go to fitday.com and log your daily foods and exercise and such. it is a really great site. i used to use it......maybe i ought to again.........
I really like it here and think it has helped me more than the center sometimes. I find myself here every day Look in the losers and friends thread for advice and support. Hope to see more of you.
I agree, there is a good mix of people that go to a center and people that have had their centers close down. If (KNOCK ON WOOD) my center does close during my program this would be the place I would come to!
