Purple Plan Questions
Hi ladies~
I am new to the board. I was on LAWL about 4 years ago and lost 22 lbs.. now after baby number three, I am doing it again but on my own. I lost most of my materials.
Can any of you ladies currently on purple confirm the serving sizes for protien..? Is it 6 or 8oz of chicken? For veggies.. is it 1/2 or 1 cup raw and 1/4 or 1/2 steamed?
What are the free foods again?
