I got both my LBWO and cardio in today - didn't get up to do anything yesterday, so had to do double duty today! Cindy |
Did 30 minutes of walking this morning, had to put off YOU workout because forr the first time since I've been on the program my old knee problem flared up, will have to do Wed Fri Sun to get it in this week.

You can do it iwanawurkit! Hang in there! I didn't get my walk in yesterday but got some yard work in (raking and weed pulling). Guess that counts a little for exercise (i have a very small yard). Hope to do better today! |
Checking in - did a great upper body workout today - lifted until my arms were noodles! Also got in 15 minutes of walking before leaving the gym.

No execise for me today :(
The dang Olympics have me staying up way too late, so yesterday's 5:30am start (much earlier than I normally do), coupled with being up until after 11pm, made for the inability to pry myself out of bed this morning. I think the fact that I worked out so hard yesterday also contributed to that as well - I was exhausted, but there was too much going on for me to sleep. I plan to get a very good night's rest tonight, and do both my LWBO and cardio tomorrow morning. Cindy |

I'm sad to report another day of no exercise - TOM came yesterday, and made me feel horrible. I felt like I needed the rest this morning. No excuses, it is what it is. I'll be back on track tomorrow.

Exercise for 8/15: YOU workout (did 2 minutes on invisible chair exercise, which docs say is the max), walked 30 minutes tonight, pretty leisurely walk because of my knee.
