No execise for me today :(
The dang Olympics have me staying up way too late, so yesterday's 5:30am start (much earlier than I normally do), coupled with being up until after 11pm, made for the inability to pry myself out of bed this morning. I think the fact that I worked out so hard yesterday also contributed to that as well - I was exhausted, but there was too much going on for me to sleep. I plan to get a very good night's rest tonight, and do both my LWBO and cardio tomorrow morning. Cindy |

8/14: 30 minute indoor walk this evening.

I'm sad to report another day of no exercise - TOM came yesterday, and made me feel horrible. I felt like I needed the rest this morning. No excuses, it is what it is. I'll be back on track tomorrow.

Exercise for 8/15: YOU workout (did 2 minutes on invisible chair exercise, which docs say is the max), walked 30 minutes tonight, pretty leisurely walk because of my knee.

Have been light on exercise because of my knee, yesterday did 15 minutes of light walking and some stretches, today got in 30 minutes. Knee seems OK, new shoes are helping.

15 mins on eliptical, 45 mins strength training and finished up with a 40 min walk around the neighborhood tonight.

I did a lower body workout yesterday, but nothing yet today. I'm feeling a bit exhausted, most likely from the workouts I have done, so today may be a rest day for me.

One more day of August and another new month will start! I can't believe how fast time is flying by! Got my exercise in today.....tried on clothes and was all over the fitting room and finally left in despair and no purchase. Then I went to Wally World (Walmart) and walked all over the place! Have a great Labor Day weekend!

Misssed my walk today because of unexpected social engagement. This is first day in 3 months I haven't done some walking

8/31: 2nd day with no exercise, recovering from the surprise party my friend threw for my husband. Hope to be back on track today.
