7/21 – Actual 144 GOAL 132 7/28 - Goal 142 Actual 143 8/4 - Goal 140 Actual 145 8/11 - Goal 140 8/18 - 8/25 - 9/1 - Missed my weekly again!!! Going to try again for the same goal, I did take off and am back down to 143, I am not very optimistic about being 140 by monday, but I'm going to try... |

I'm sure this is going to screw with my weight loss for a couple of weeks, but this time I have to be consistent about it, I'm officially in (1/2) marathon training which requires running 4 days out of the week. Yeesh. It's been about a month, and I've only lost about 3 pounds. Man, I knew I hadn't been doing so well, but yowch. It hurts to see that.
So, I've got just under 3 weeks and 7 pounds to go. If I stick to it, I *might* be able to do it. I've gotta get back on track. I can do it. |

I got sidetracked by the Thallenger and completely forgot about this one! I didn't make my goal, but I now realize that these last 16lbs will take a lot longer than I expected. |
My centre was closed for Labour Day and they are now closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I haven't weighed in yet. But as of last Wednesday, I still had about 6 pounds to lose. I'm that far off track as well.
I've started working out though and I'm really paying attention to everything I eat. So hopefully I'll have some good news when I step on that scale tomorrow! |
