  • So far so good I am POP and even managed to make it through without sticking my fingers in the milkway cake I made for the folks at work and that was not easy let me tell you . I brushed my teeth and chewed the strongest peppermint gum I could find so as not to lick my fingers lol
  • Ok, I am in, I was off plan this Saturday and Sunday, but I am doing the Takeoff today and tomorrow, so here is where I am so far: ( = POP; = Not POP)

  • Good morning ! I don't have much time but i am still POP as of today.
  • Great job Lois! No way I could do that. I must stay as far away from chocolate as possible……even writing that gives me cravings.

    I was up a on Monday, but am now back down & then some. I was very happy w/ my WI today. I actually get to move my ticker! I know I was up on Monday b/c I wasn't POP last Friday. Darn liquid starches get me every time. Made some really bad food choices after a few too many cocktails. I'm going to try and take things easier this weekend, but it will be hard. We have a wedding reception tomorrow night w/ a bunch of people from my old job. They are partiers & tons of fun. It will be hard to not get caught up in the moment.

    I've also started walking every other day. My dogs love it and it's a really great way to unwind after a stressful day.

  • Question if you don't get all your food in for the day can you not count it as pop? By the way I only have my last 10 left till goal! Whooo hooo!

    Cec – looks like we both have weekend issues (surprise). What are we going to do to stay on track this weekend?

    It’s going to be a rough one for me….tons of parties. My weekend actually starts tomorrow b/c I took Thursday & Friday off.

    I say yes to if you don’t get all your food in for the day it is still POP. Jill’s rules. I hardly ever get all my food in. I have WAY too much b/c I don’t do Lites.

    You hit 40 lbs!! And 10 lbs to goal! That is just awesome Cecilia. Great job!

    BTW – I am in the lead!! Who would’ve thought?? I’m in a really good place right now. Even when I’ve cheated, it hasn’t been that big of a deal and I get right back on track the next day. I’m pretty sure it’s the weather. Been getting out lots!

    I’m bettin’ Cecilia & I will be tied once she updates.

    Now if I could just stay away from those liquid starches and fruits…………

  • Just getting up back on the front page so we don't have to struggle to log and update
  • Well I made it about the first 6 days. I am still sticking with the program but I am not perfectly on plan. I am staying positive so I will keep going to achieve my first mini goal...Memorial day challenge. My second mini goal will be to stay as close to pop from Memorial Day to Fathers Day and try to lose another 5 pounds in those 2 weeks. I still have to have a few things that are not on plan. Good luck to the others on the POP challenge.
  • Hi guys! I am so sorry I haven't been here more to motivate. We're leaving for Vegas this weekend and I am so busy w/ preparations. And I am taking an insurance exam on Friday. Of course I waited until the last minute to start studying.

    Welcome to the new joiners! I'll try to post a new chart later this week to see if anyone is beating me : ) I was off plan for 3 days last week so somebody might just have caught up!
