Hmm...maybe you need to switch to a different type of exercise, or amp up your current routine?

Well, the first thing I would suggest is to honestly and truthfully document every bite/sip/lick/taste that goes into your mouth for 2 weeks. If I don't honestly track everything I eat, my weight can go up. It's easy to eat too much, even healthy foods, if you're not keeping accurate and honest track.

I've heard that it takes more to actually lose as you get older, that your metabolism slows down. So, you may have to switch up your exercise routine and your diet. In my experience keeping my body guessing is really good for my weight loss.
