which plan/

  • Hi,
    I was wondering if you all could help me. My center has been closed for awhile and I miss it. I feel off plan and that what I was scared would happen without the support. I have all the info for the The Feel full plan and I was just wondering what you all would think the best plan for me. I am 163 pounds and exercise regularly. I have 5 children whom I tutor at home. I work some evenings and weekends as a waitress. Some nights are late. My schedule varies from time to time. My goal weight is at least 140 pounds and maybe 130. Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Sounds like you're one busy lady!

    I'm somewhat new to LA weightloss so I'm not sure what the feel full plan is. I can tell you that the plan i am on I do not feel hungry.
    Right now it is segmented in terms of portions, for example a starch is 80-100 calories, and I'm allowed 4 servings a day. A protein would be a piece of chicken or fish, I have 3 of those.
    I think it depends on your weight though. I'm heavier than you at 181 so I'm not sure if you would be the same as me.

    maybe someone in your weight category can help you out, if not i'm happy to tell you about my plan. Technically we're not supposed to post this information but technically they're not supposed to take people's money and rip them off by closing down centers and not paying people back -so I have no guilt about posting.

    Thanks for posting, usually no one responds to my posts but I would really like to be a part of this group. I was originally on Blue plan because I exercise and sometimes work late. I just felt hungry, especially at night and that is when the cravings come. I have all the info. for the Numbered Plans, which it sounds like you are on Plan 3, and feel that maybe this plan would keep me more satisfied. Just curious what everyone thinks.

  • I certainly don't have any 'official' information... But for what it's worth, I'm 5'7", 190 pounds (morning weight at home, a few pounds more later in the day in clothes at the center) and I'm just 1 pound over where they drop from Plan 3 to Plan 2. I don't know if that helps you at all or not in your decision.

    Maybe you could try Plan 3 and just see how it works for you? (both from a fullness and weight loss perspective) If you're not getting the appropriate weight loss from that, then perhaps a modified Plan 2 - like with 3 proteins and something else added back in?

    I am about your weight (165), but don't know how tall you are or if that matters, I am 5'0". I am on the free to live plan with the lites. They put me on this plan at about 175.

    I think I will play around with Plan 2 and 3. I just wasn't sure if they considered exercise and work schedules. I am 5'7 btw. I know on the color plans I was put on Blue because I exercise regulary.
