Default Fell Off the Wagon

I have completely fallen off the wagon and I'm so mad at myself. And I'm only on my 4th week. My cravings are ridiculous. I've gained 4 pounds back. I'm so mad. So, I have to start from scratch. I'm gonna do my take off again, start a new journal...AHH!! I REALLY, REALLY, want to lose this weight. It will help me achieve so many things that I want... I don't know what I'm lacking...I see something I want and just give in. I don't even want to go and weigh in until I lose the 4 pounds I gained or more. I feel so dumb.

Anyway, on another note, I saw somewhere that someone found an alternate for th Take Off Juice that was cheaper. Can someone tell me? I can't find the thread.

Jess, Just jump back on the wagon. The 4 pounds might come off quicker than you expect, as you could have eaten something salty that is making you retain some water. For the TO juice you can buy ... gee I've never gone and bought it... forget, but you can substitute 4 oranges for the juice (per day), or you can use the hollywood diet juice or you can substitute 2 grapefruits per day or 1 canteloupe per day. Sometime I prefer to eat the oranges rather than do the juice.

Never mind the past - think about the future. Picture yourself at your goal weight. Don't think about the 4 pounds, just concentrate on one day - tomorrow (or today, depending on when you read this).

Just concentrate on this one day and get through it, then work on the next.
EVERYONE gets cravings and gives in. EVERYONE has bad weeks.

YOU CAN DO IT - start again and don't give up going to get weighed. The support is a good thing.

As for the take off juice, I didn't have the juice, I just had 1 cantelopue each day for 2 days instead of the juice.

Ok, you can do it!

Baby steps, honey. It takes time to relearn all our nasty habits. Set a goal of wiping out one bad habit a week. Stop junk food, stop soda, ditch sweets, up your veggies. One step at a time will help you be more successful in the long run. Your struggle is not so much about what happens this week as what has happened next year.
Take a deep breath, do not beat yourself up (you would not let your best friend give herself a hard time over this, would you? Be your best friend!) and remember to have a good time.

Jess,

This is a lot of great advice! And you know I am here for you whenever you need me... text me, call me, come up stairs Ha!
These ladies are right do not beat your self up... and I think it would be good to go back to the center. When you are not accountable it makes it easier to deviate. You can do this I know you can. You are paying top dollar for their couseling and help so use them... and use us!

TO juice
Knudsen's Breakfast Blend juice - For each day you mix 26 oz of juice, 6 oz of water, and 8 tsp of Benefiber or Fiber Sure.

Hollywood Diet Juice - For each day you mix 16 oz of juice and 16 oz of water.

Thanks so much everyone for your help and support. I'm now at what I was last time I weighed in so, tomorrow I'm going back to the center. We'll see how it goes.
