04/07: 165 04/14: 164 OUCH - only 1 pound!!! Blaming it on on 3 mixed drinks this weekend! 04/21: 161 - WOOOHOOO 04/28: 05/05: 05/12: 05/19: 05/26: I'm hoping to be 158 by next Monday - my monthly goal is 10 pounds, that would put me at 157 by next Wednesday and that will be 29 lbs in 3 months! I have not really deviated from the plan (with the exception of drinks on the weekends!), nor have I had cravings - I am amazed at how the program has worked for me and very happy with the investment at this point! At this rate I will be thin for summer!!! JulieZ |
Ugh! I can't stay out of the freaking 170's. How frustrating. I am now at 170.4 still have lost 4 lbs since we started the challenge. But I have 11 left in a month. I really need to buckle down. The center keeps telling me to get some activity in and try doing TO again. I just really don't feel like doing any of those things. I am following the plan I just dont' want to chnage what I am doing at all. I wish I would could kick my self in the butt!

Ok I back down to 168.6 finally! It's sooo weird when I WI on Tuesday and Thursday I am always up from the Saturday WI. It's sooo weird. Anyway. I need to drink a bunch of water today I had a bit of sodium yesterday. Brocolli and chicken with a garlic sauce I am not sure the ingredients we went out to eat. They I asked for low sodium sauces and they said they could do no MSG so I said ok thats fine. Hope that was better then normal? Hopefully I am not way up on Tuesday! Ugh! 10 lbs to go!

Cecelia - If I ate anything off-plan, or just too much, on the weekend it always shows up on my Tuesday WI. So, now I don't freak out about it, just drink lots of water and eat right and it's usually back to normal in a day or two. Great loss, Rakuette! I am down this morning too...176...woohoo! I might actually meet a challenge goal...I've never done that. |

I am on TO today and tomorrow, so I am still hoping to hit my goal... although I am prepared for an off week because I totally splurged on sugar free margaritas saturday nite and I think I ate a taco!!! Darnit! Oh, well... life goes on. |

I am new too and the weather is getting nicer so I can get out and start walking more. My goal is 10 pounds by Memorial Day.

So I have decided to join with 26 days left for the challenge. I hope to lose 9lbs by then (so I will be exactly 150lbs). This will definitely motivate me to get some walking in too.

Wish I could remember how good they were... I think I messed up on the mixing part and totally missed out on the evening! Everyone is talking about what a great time I had, must've been some great evening!!! I also missed out on the guilty pleasure of eating a chicken fajita taco with guacamole, can't remember a bit of it! I haven't eaten one since I started on LAWL!!! All Set and Ready for the Challenge
Hello Everyone. I went ahead and weighed myself this morning and the scale read 214 pounds. Considering I have 3 weeks and some change till Memorial Day I have set the following goals for myself:
My Memorial Day Challenge Starting Wednesday, April 30th * I will drink 9 glasses of water instead of 8 glasses * I will use my treadmill 4 or 5 times a week * Put me down for an 10 pound weight loss by Memorial day * My weight as of Wednesday, April 30th (214 pounds) * My goal weight for this challenge will be 204 pounds Also so I don't discourage myself I will only weigh myself 3 times during this challenge. Today then May 14th and lastly on May 26th which is the final day of the challenge when I report my weight. Good Luck to all and as I always mentioned before I am happy to be here and I am happy we can share our journey together. |
Do you remember:rofl: if the Brand was Carb Conscious or something else?? I have never heard of it. I have thought of trying to make my own with fresh squeezed lime juice and stevia, not sure how that will work. Margaritas are a favorite of mine I was hoping I could find a way to make them more calorie friendly.
In the past I have bought a low carb something or another by Barcardi. I had the coconut flavor (it comes in other flavors) it reminded me of Malibu, not bad...but still not a 'rita. |
I don't remember the brand... I do remember that they had a few different varieties of what she called Carb Conscious...

So what would you count the mix as? I know the alcohol is a starch but what about the mix?

My margarita' are with crystal lite mixes ie.... lemonade flavor put a small amount of orange in.

17 days till our challenge is up! I am down 7 lbs. My goal is 15 so I have 8 more to go. That is possible I think or maybe not? I hope I can get close! 12 lbs till goal! I think I am going to have to continue to lose weight after that maybe take down to 135. That will mean losing another 20 once I hit my goal? Hmmm? Not sure what I want to do?

Ok maybe I will make my goal for memorial day I have 6 lbs to go and 15 days. It is possible! Whoo hooo!
