Since I'm out of weeks at COD I'm doing this on my own now so these monthly WI's have got to become a habit for me.

O.K. Ladies this is it!
The weather is changing and getting warmer. I am going to be focused this month and I am going to start walking again as the weather permits. My current weight is 148.? and My goal weight will be 135. I think part of my problem is the yogurt that I want every day. Some days I just need to have a few extra, so the plan will be to cut these out for the most part as my dairy. If I don't have them, then I don't want the extra's. I know its a mind thing. For this month I am going to: 1) Get focused 2) Stop having those "little" cheats 3) Stay OP 4) Exercise more 5) Make my goal weight 3/04 - 148.6 3/11 - 147.6 3/12 - 146.2 - Yea TO 3/17 - 147.8 3/24 3/31 We can do this!!! |

I hauled my tukus to WW last night for the much needed :kickbutt: Bad news, I've gained back all of 2 pounds to when I first started OP :?:! Good news, my waist is a petite 28 inches all around, 8 inches smaller than it was when I first started OP :encore: So hopefully what I gained is muscle, but I want back into the 150's. 3/5: 170.8 3/12: 165.8 3/19: 164.6 |

Chiquita you know you can do this! Just stay focused. I didn't realize that we had the same stats. Is gold the first plan you started on or have you moved down a plan since you started? Just curious how the colored plans work. I just changed to Plan 2 about a week ago and all of a sudden I had a husge loss. I hadn't seen number like that for a long time! It feels good! Thanks for the support!

Cecilia - I started on gold with lites. They said I wouldn't move down a plan until I was almost to goal. Now that the COD is closed I guess I'll just stick with gold or maybe try blue. I know the portions and food choices are different between the colored plans and the numbered plans. Were you always on the numbered plans? I just need to get focused again. With the weather getting nicer I hope that will help.

Well I started on plan 3 and they just moved me to plan 2 when I hit 179. So maybe it is time for you to move? I kinda think it's weird that you wouldn't chnage until right before you hit goal. Maybe they are the same.....
Mine is.... 2 1/2 protien 3 veg 2 fruit 3 starch 2 dairy 2 fat If you are eating more than this I would suggest maybe moving down a plan? |
