looking for plan 2 info
 
I am no longer a member of a COD but would like all the info on Plan 1 and 2 like the Suggested Daily Menu Options, Food Guide, Carb Cravers Plan, Frozen Food Guide, Restaurant Guide, Stabilization Plans, Maintenance Plans, Tips For Special Events, Recipes, Exercise Tips, whatever you can get me. I apologize if this isn't allowed here, feel free to remove it mods if I am out of line.

plan 2 menu
 
I am on Plan 2 and this is my allowed number of foods:

2 proteins (4oz)
3 vegetables (1/2C cooked 1C raw 3C greens)
2 fruits
3 starches
2 dairy
2 fats
2 Lites
8 water
3 condiments

I'm on the old green plan...would that be the equivalent or would plan 1 be?

the old green plan is now the new plan one, which is : 2P, 2V, 2F, 2S, 1Fa, 1D, 2L.

I was placed on plan 2 with lites when I signed up last September. I was at 199 (happy to not have hit 200). I am down 16# and am worried I will be sent down to less food. T

Don't worry, I asked about that..and they told me that when I am down to 145 lbs I will go to Plan 1 - so it will be a while.. I weight about the same as you.

what number is the same as purple without lites or red? Im not sure which to be on, I am 10 pounds from goal of 137, 5'4 and work out 4-5 hours per week.....what should I do??
