I went to my COD Tue and they told me not to do over three hours of cardio. That doesn't make sense to me and I really like working out. I don't want to move to red I am on gold but they said if I continue they would move me to red. I thought it was 5 hours now hey are saying 3 hours what the heck?


It is so upseting first I was told not to worry about the weights just make sure the cardio doesn't go over 5 hours now they are saying make sure the cardio doesn't go over 3 hours. Why the conflicting info is what I was wondering. They said they were afraid to move me to red in case I don't stay consistent. I am thinking that I will just go to blue on my own and exercise how I was? Then if I have an off week where I don't do as much exercise I will do gold? How confusing
