Blueberry muffins??

  • My husband brought home some fresh blueberries and wants me to make blueberry muffins--a family favorite. Does anyone have a POP recipe for blueberry muffins? Or, am I going to just have to make them for the family and not have any myself?
  • I pulled this out of the cookbook. You should be able to modify with the blueberries and have your exchanges.

  • Amy....good response. These look good.
Stephanie...I wished I had asked your question a few days ago. I made blueberry muffins and intended to just make them for the family. I got into them myself and it was not good. I'm usually POP, but those did me in! Good luck!
