  • Okay, I know it is not night yet, but I am going to post my menu now, so that I can stay with it today. I will edit as needed.

    Red, no lites

    B- 1 egg, 1 oz RF cheese, 1/2 english muffin, 15 grapes, coffee w/FF creamer
    (1/2 P, 1/2 D, S, F, C)

    S- 1 apple (F)

    L- 2 veggie burgers, 1 oz RF cheese, 1 slice lite bread, 6 baby carrots
    (P, 1/2 D, S, V)

    S- 12 strawberries (F)

    D- 6 oz grilled salmon 1 T homemade FF tartar sauce, 1/3 c roasted red potatoes, 1/2 c steamed spinach w/1 t butter, vinegar, 1 cup grilled mushrooms (P, S, V, V, V, C, C, Fat)

    100 oz of water

    And.....I did it! A POP day!
  • I haven't been very good since I started LAWL with staying POP, but this group seems so helpful! I have been lingering in the back but I really want to become a regular on here so I figure I will start with this challenge. I hope its not too late!!!!! I'm really excited! I will post my day this evening! Good luck to everyone!

    6/22 Red w/ Lites
    Shock Day #5

    1: 4 oz Lean Corn Beef, 2 oz Alpine Lace Muenster, Apple (P, D, F)
    2: LA Biscotti (F,S)
    3: Chocolate Mint Lite (Lite)
    4: ½ Cup Grilled Eggplant, ¼ Cup Chopped Tomatoes, 1 oz R/F Mozerella, JJ Saltine, 1 Tbsp Cream Cheese (2Vs, ½ P, S, Fat)
    5: 12 Strawberries, Cookie Dough Lite (F, Lite)
    6: 8 oz Grilled Chicken, 2 Cups Peppers (P, 2Vs)
    7: Skinny Bear Ice Cream Sandwich (S)

    Activity: 60 Minutes Cardio, 30 Minutes Resistance


    I'm back to maintenance tommorrow, though I have to say that I actually don't miss anything but the extra fruit and veggies. My body feels 8 times lighter eating for weight loss.

    D Baked chicken, green beans and cauliflower(leftover butter) (P 2V 1/2 fat)
    S lite and peach (1lite and 1 F)

    Coffee w/Splenda (unlimited on Gold II plan) and 1T FF French Vanilla
    creamer (1 condiment)
    Snack - 2T raisins (1Fr)
    Lunch
    McD's Southwestern salad, no dressing (1P, 1V, 1S, 1 condiment)
    Diet coke
    Snack
    FF/SF Pudding (3/4 cup = 1 Dairy)
    1/2C V8 lo sodium drink - (1V)
    Dinner
    5 oz cooked turkey taco meat (1.5P)
    1/4 C fresh salsa (1V)
    3T light sour cream (1Fat)
    2 beers (2S)

    128 oz of water (if not more!)

    I was so POP today, it was actually scary!!
    GoldII with lites 2 1/2P,3V,2F,3S,2D,2Fa,2Lites,3condiments

    Breakfast-(1/2PFS1/2C)
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    3/4 c. fresh pineapple
    alternative wheat bagel
    1/2 T. lite cream cheese

    Snack-
    lite bar

    Lunch-(PSFD)
    LC panini sandwich
    jetstart

    snack-
    Lite

    Dinner-(PVVVFaC)
    Shrimp stir fry:
    4 oz. cooked shrimp
    1 1/2 c. cooked cabbage, shrooms, red pepper, onions, broccoli
    1 T. LS soy sauce
    6 almonds

    Snack-(DSFa)
    ff yogurt
    5 LF nilla wafers
    6 almonds

    80 oz. of water!!!!

    I think TOM is coming to visit soon and my starch cravings in the evening have been through the roof. I am going to save a starch for the evening until the cravings pass in a few days. (I hope)

    Breakfast:
    3/4 cup Kashi 2 good friends cereal, 4oz milk, 15 grapes (S,1/2D,F)

    Mid AM:LA Lite

    Lunch:
    Grilled chicken salad w/boiled egg, 1oz cheese, FF Ranch (3V,1.5P,1/2D,Fat*, condiment)
    *I talked with them at the center and they suggested doing a fat since I am not sure how they prepared the grilled chicken.

    Mid PM: LA lite

    Dinner:
    Turkey Burger, 1/4 cucumber, 8oz OJ, mustard, ketchup (P,SS,V,FF, 2 condiments)

    Water 64oz.

    All in all not a bad day!!!!!

    I ate a bowl of cereal. A tuna sandwhich and some steamed snow peas with rice.

    Snack: homemade fajitas~ tortillas (3), steak, onions and peppers,oil, light sour cream(3S,1P,2V,1FA,2C)
    snack: even though I was not that hungry lite

    Breakfast- Coffee w/FF creamer, 1 egg, 1 oz lite cheese, 1 slice lite bread, 3/4 c. frozen peaches (C, 1/2 P, 1/2 D, S, F)

    S- Apple (F)

    Lunch- 6 oz grilled pork chops, 1/2 small baked potato w/1 T FF sour cream, 6 baby carrots, sliced tomato (P, S, V, V, C)

    S- Apple

    D- 7 oz turkey burger, 1 oz rf cheese, 2 slices wonder lite bread, 1/2 c sauteed onions, 1/2 c steamed cauliflower, butter spray, 1 t. mayo (P, 1/2 D, S, V, V, C, Fat)

    64 oz water

    Yeah, this did not happen, my plans changed that day, and I did not stay OP at all due to being really busy.

    Breakfast: 3/4 cup Fiber One, 6 oz NFSF yogurt, coffee w/FFhalf-n-half (1S, 1D., 1 condiment)

    Snack: LA lite

    Lunch: 3 oz grilled extra lean tenderloin, 1 cup green pepper, 1 cup mixed berries (1P, 1V, 2F)

    Snack: 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce, 1 LA lite (1F)

    Dinner: CC: 1/2 cup light tomato sauce, 2oz (cooked) Dreamfield pasta, 1 tsp parmesan cheese, 2 ww breadsticks, tossed salald w/peppers, cucumbers and avocado (1P, 1S, 2V, 1Fat)

    86 oz of H2O, hot water/lemon

    Today is my graduation party and I am POP.
    I am now a Dr. of Audiology.
