what about the kashi go lean Crunch???? I have been eating this maybe 2 days a week!!! I thought as long as salt or sugar were not listed in the first 5 ingredients that it was safe!!!! I hope it is safe...I can actually eat 3/4 a cup plain and I am counting it as 1 starch. Sometimes I have it with 4oz of soymilk and then I count it as 1 starch and 1/2 a dairy. Is this right?????? Keep in mind: I am only on the blue book thus far and in the 3rd week...I am a beginner..again!

The only reason I did not start completely over from the purple book (I think that is the beginning) Is because I work out 3-4 times a week.
