During my 20 weight loss weeks, I averaged 1.6 lbs per week. There were weeks I lost more than that, weeks I lost less than that, and weeks I remained the same or went up a tad. My first week, I lost less than I anticipated because Fast Forward, um, stopped me up a bit. Don't lose heart!! Just keep staying on plan, and the weight will come off!
