Hi Barb, Just got in from work and decided to pop in...

My count for the LAWL Hot Chocolate
per 1 envelope (17g)
60 cals
1g Fat
200mg sodium
6g Carbs
4g sugars

Hope this helps!

How strange, I don't have my box here, it's at work, but I know mine had different nutritional info. I don't remember all of it, but I just typed it all into fitday today as a custom food, so I do remember that mine was 80 cal, .5g fat, 10 carbs, and 2 Fibre. Isn't it strange that they are different, and Makena and I are both in Canada. Hmm.

Barb, by the way, your new avatar is gorgeous!

Hi all
My hot chocolate box shows this:
80 calories
0.5 total fat
cholesterol 0
sodium 220mg
potassium 320
carbs 10g
sugar 5g protein 8g

My COD is beginning to push me to try using drinks, shakes, hot chocolate and soups as lites instead of the bars. Is anyone else doing this?

My COD recommends having one of the liquid lites in the evening to lessen the nighttime calories. Also, if you are starting to slow down in your weight loss (and I see you're close to goal), it may jump start your body by mixing things up. Your body begins to expect the two bars a day and we usually have them at the same time each day. It's just a way to shake things up. I don't know if it works or not, but I switched to one liquid lite a day a few weeks ago and it helped me.

My LA Hot Cocoa is the 60 calorie one. My Chocolate Shake is the 80 calorie one.

Hi there

The goal they set for me is 160. I have about 10 more weight loss weeks. I am thinking of lowering my goal to 150. We will see. I am willing to try something different. But like you say, I am so hooked on the bars because they are easy to take with me. It is harder and harder to lose the more you have lost. I used to lose over 2 pounds a week easy and now I barely make one. But I definitely feel better about myself. I just wanted to be sure it wasn't just my COD about which type of lite to use. Thanks for your reply.
