Question Boca Meatless Breakfast Wraps
Hi Everyone- I just discovered these breakfast wraps in the freezer section @ Walmart. They are so delicious I don't know what I would count it as though.I don't think they're bad nutritionwise. I was hoping someone might be able to help me.HELP!!
Here are the nutrition facts:
Calories:200 Calories from fat:60
Total fat:7
Saturated fat:2.5g
Trans fat:0g
Cholesterol:<5mg
Sodium:510mg
Total Carbohydrate:25g
Dietary Fiber:6g
Sugars:2g
Protien:14g

Most frozen entree's are a Protien and Starch, so my that would be my first guess. The calories are much lower than a frozen meal, though....

I forgot to write that on the front of the box it says :Soy Protein,Sausage,Egg White & Cheese Wraps.
These are really yummy I can't tell you guys how yummy they are.

Thanks you girls for your help. That's what I'll count it as. I WI today and was down 2lbs. I am so happy, butTOM is coming very soon so that might go up. Oh well, I'll take it anyway I can.
