Red is the next step down, and it 1/2P,P,P,S,S,S,D,V,V,V,V,F,F,F, and 1 fat, 3condiments. What plan you are on really depends on what you weigh and if you are doing the lites.
if you're not doing lites, the next step down after what Katie said will be purple, which will be the same portion size (so I'm told), but you get PP, VVVV, SS, FFF, 1 Fa, D and 3 condiments.
(I was recently on red and moved to purple, but I'm not sure which red I was on, or how to determine)
