Lizzy & Kim--do you do the lites? I can see if you are on Purple food only or Gold with lites--just my thoughts.

I started at 193 on Purple w/lites. When I got to 179 is when they moved me to Gold. Been on Gold since. But my personal feeling is the the whole weighloss thing have slowed down on me. I blame it on the Gold Plan, but it could be very much my body getting used to less food, and not dumping the weight like it used to.

I'm actually on plain Red. I get the 2 lites, 3 starches, 2 1/2 proteins, 3 fruits, and 4 veggies a day. I also am the extremely active type who works out almost daily. The only down side with Red is that doing TO basically has no effect since the body really thinks it's starving itself. (One protein is usually 6 ounces cooked!)
Despite a month slump I was told unless I fully quit working out I would not be moved to a lower plan. What's the break down on the other plans? I think I might start illegaly switching plans one or two days a week to shock my body! |
Nancy--I think your body is just adjusting to your almost 30 pound loss--it has to play catch-up, plus--the less you weigh the less you will lose each week (IMO).

Hello, my name is Loretta and i live in NC and i started the lawl jan 3, i have had good luck so far, i have started on the red, they tell me when i loose another 6 or so pounds i will move to the purple.
