Dan - those shamrocks in your ticker reminded me to check my lottery ticket that I got for being POP yesterday. But, darn, no winner this time around. I guess there's a good reason I don't play the lottery too much...but as long as I'm good, I get a ticket. My dream win would be the $1,000 a week for LIFE prize! Can you imagine! With my luck, I'd probably kick the bucket a month after I win! |
I went to COD today to WI. I'm down 2.2 pounds since Monday! Only 7.8 pounds to go before VD!!

Well I feel I have been doing really well on my POP. I WI tomorrow morning so we shall see how it goes. I did have a bit of my son's oreo shake at dinner last night, but hey that thing is $3 and he didn't want to drink it. I wasn't going to let it go to waste. It really wasn't that much though, so I don't feel to guilty. Plus after the incident as Curves (almost fainting from working to hard), I figured I at least deserved that. HEHE. I hope tomorrow I will be able to move my ticker a bit more.
As for Dan and Jason, they can drink and I will drive. I don't drink anyway, except for the occasional margarita. |

Random but Dan, read your Valentine's Day ticker.. it's the exercise one but "...pounds done" kinda made me giggle..
I am terrified for tomorrow's WI. I've been busting my booty trying to exercise and be POP since Monday and if I can't move my ticker, I'm gonna cry. Also, today my poor planning resulted in two extra condiments, will lemon water get rid of them? |
Stay strong!! You'll do it!! Even if it's just a bit down, that's the right direction!!

I was down another 1lb since Wednesday, so that's 2 since Monday. I hope I can be strong and stay POP this weekend. Tomorrow is dinner at my father's place, so it will be challenging! It's not like a restaurant, where I can get the menu in advance..lol.

Stepped on the darn scale 3 times this morning cause it was down another 1.5 lbs. Hard to believe it can move that much when it has been stagnant for so long, but I'll take it and pray I don't have to up my ticker come Monday! Trying for a Joni POP weekend. Off to the gym I go.

Good job Joni! I bet the exercise is really kicking in and kicking butt. I keep saying I am going to work out but..... I have a Bowflex but I can't figure it out without help from DH. I would like a gazelle or elliptical machine but I haven't purchased on yet. I live in a small town that does have a YMCA but it is always packed. I know excuses, excuses, excuses....I really need a shove thought.
