Default Hello, new to this forum
Hi! I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Katie. I joined LAWL at the beginning of October. I just weighed in at the center yesterday, and I have lost over 30 lbs!!! This is the first diet plan that has truly worked for me! I stumbled upon your forum by accident, and have been reading some of your posts the last few weeks, and have found a lot of useful information, so I thought I would go ahead and start posting a little myself. I am really motivated to stick with this, as I am getting married in April!!! Oh yeah, and we are tying the knot in Jamaica, so I need to look great in a bathing suit.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I am going to need some support here. A wedding dress is a big motivator, but I will need some friends behind me. My DF is so great too!!!

congrats on your current weight loss and good luck on your goal of looking amazing in your wedding dress, you can do it! this forum is amazing and by far one of the main reasons that I am back on program.

Check out the Loser thread as we often chat there.. it's dated monthly. I just hit 35lbs so we are close. I put on a lot after marriage so it's great you'll have the tools to avoid the honeymoon 15 as we call it!
