Default Vegetarian
Does anyone have the old sample vegetarian menu? I was on this program 5 years ago and that helped me so much. I just started again and they don't have any left. I am really bad at planning meals and this had them all listed for each day. Or if anyone is a vegetarian do they have some menu suggestions that will be easy to follow.
