Default Sunday Weight-In

My weight-in is on Sunday. I have lost 1 pound in half a week. I started eating healthy again on Thursday and did really good. So I succeeded at losing my goal of 1 pound for this last half of the first week. I'm now aiming to lose 2 pounds this week.

I'm a bit worried about tomorrow night with Halloween. When my girls come home with all those goodies, sometimes, it's difficult. I did eat halloween candies as a treat for the last little while to not go nuts on all those candies and chocolate. I don't know how the next few days will go but I will focus on one day at a time.

How is everyone else doing?

Good for you Francine! Great job on just focusing on a day at a time. You have begun to move in the right direction and that is a HUGE accomplishment!

As far as the candy goes, drink a big glass of water before touching any. Make sure you only eat the bite size ones and really THINK about whether you want to eat that piece of candy or do you want to meet your goals? Make sure you REALLY think about it before you eat each piece!

Good luck tomorrow night. Just know that I will be suffering right there with ya!

hI, GOOD LUCK TO ALL. i still have my candy just allow for it.. as i am beginning to believe everything has those old calories. just got to burn off what you eat. LaDean

Did great with all the candy last night. Only had one chocolate and one bag of chips. So not even 200 calories so that's great. I still need to take it one day at a time to not binge on all those chocolates/candies at home during the next few weeks.
