Good for you Francine! Great job on just focusing on a day at a time. You have begun to move in the right direction and that is a HUGE accomplishment!
As far as the candy goes, drink a big glass of water before touching any. Make sure you only eat the bite size ones and really THINK about whether you want to eat that piece of candy or do you want to meet your goals? Make sure you REALLY think about it before you eat each piece!
