I'm back....
Had a wonderful vacation, drove 3200 miles total, saw and did everything we wanted too, weather about 65, played with grandchildren until we were worn out....great trip from Florida to Indiana,Kentucky,Ohio and Michigan. Even found some gas for $1.98/gal.
I am up 5 lbs. and boy do I feel like it....back on plan and pushing the water starting today. Hope it doesn't take too long to get back to my ticker.
